Don Keeping my head above water. Truck driving, Bombardier Train building, Road Foreman - Town of Calais, more truck driving. Calais, Vermont, where I've lived all my life. Yes, 4 years active duty after high school: August, 1968-August, 1972. U.S. Military Retired Yes, for many years. Dorothy Gardner; we met over our dogs. Dot is retired. 5 children: Donnie (42), Tami (39), Sadie (25), Christina (36), Nate (22). 6 Grandchildren: Catlin (18, Carter (12), Alex (6), Avia (8), Caleb (1), Oliver (4) My family is probably my best experience in life. Hunting, fishing, walking my dog, maple sugaring, cutting fire wood. Peter Beck was a guidance councillor. He gave me a good look out on life. Paul Winters, Shop teacher - with his teaching I built my own home, which I live in today. I don't have a bucket list, my life is quite complete. Back in the day, no one played sports if they were not from Montpelier. Since the opening of U-32, they all play sports. Great improvement! 2018-01-30 09:36:10
